Brygit's second year has brought with it some big personality changes. She is really becoming her own person and is showing us every day how bright she is. I can't believe how much she is understanding and how well she imitates the things she is learning. She has the cutest bag of tricks that we like to show off to friends and family. "Wave bye bye, Brygit! Now blow them a kiss. Now show them where your belly is." Don't worry, she likes the attention and she won't perform if she doesn't want to. Anyway, she can imitate a bunny going, "op, op, op" (hop, hop, hop), she can raise her arm in the air like an elephant's trunk and scream which is, of course, what elephants do, she knows where her nose and eyes are and she blinks and rolls them on demand, she knows where her belly is and always lifts her shirt to show it off, she can wave bye bye and blow kisses and say, "hieeee" (hi) and, as always, she dances. All the time. And her current favorite is putting her laundry in the laundry basket. Along with everything else. Everything goes in the laundry basket.
